My cats HATE harnesses and are very very good at getting them off. They have taken a liking to these ones in only two days time! They are so comfortable in them they were roaming the yard, running and jumping after 15 minutes putting them on for the first time. It is incredibly light weight and steam lined. The cats have a great amount of space around the arm holes. No rubbing or chafing. The Velcro is so strong they won't be able to rub it off. And, the Velcro band is large allowing plenty of room for the cats gain and lose weight in it comfortably. I recommend this to anyone who has cats that hate harnesses or are very good at escaping them.

best harness i've ever had, the first harness my cat has accepted

I’ve bought these harnesses for years. I now have one for my cat and one for the dog. These are made exceptionally well and great quality. I never have a fear of either of them slipping out of it or it coming undone. I highly recommend these harnesses.

My Sapphire Gem hen, Chloe, had a partial crop obstruction. It was very large and hard and initially it was thought that surgery may be the only option. However, my veterinarian supported a non-surgical plan prior to proceeding with surgery. With her guidance, we provided medication twice daily (antibiotic and a motility medication), small, frequent meals (exact food recommended by the veterinarian) water, and massage throughout the day. However, she also highly recommended that I purchase the Birdy Bra from Crazy K Farm Pet and Poultry. She even brought up the website, to show me, during our visit.

I purchased this on Amazon but Tobi, the Founder of Crazy K Farm, reached out to me to let me that she was managing the order, which was incredibly helpful, I relayed the urgency of the situation and she assured me that she would get this to me as soon as possible.

I ordered a few of them but read that, for an obstruction, the tie-on was the best style. My hen, who did not like being held prior to this issue, sat on my lap while I put this on her. That said, you may need help from someone when first putting it on. I also watched the instructional video, a few times, which was very helpful and used the method of putting it under Chloe’s wings and through her legs. Albeit she did not relish walking in it initially but she was crated during this time and she did get used to it.

I reached out to Tobi, several times, with questions and she was incredibly helpful and responsive. I felt like I had great support from her on the use and expectations of this item. I would recommend ordering directly from Crazy K Farm because there are different styles and sizes and Tobi can help guide which to purchase and answer any questions.

After continued veterinarian oversight (two weeks) we were nearing a place when we thought surgery may be still indicated, when the obstruction started to resolve. It took approximately three weeks to resolve fully but we were able to avert surgery. I told my veterinarian and Tobi; I feel strongly that the Birdy Bra was an integral factor with the obstruction resolving. The Birdy Bra holds the crop in a way that supports and promotes emptying. After Chloe started to wear this, I could feel some slow but gradual movement with the obstruction. To note, once the obstruction resolved, I weaned her from wearing the Bra by keeping it on her only at night and then gradually keeping it off, after she had transitioned back onto her regular diet, again under the direction of the veterinarian.

I cannot say enough about this product or how responsive, kind, and helpful Tobi is. When I told Tobi that it had resolved and I was reintegrating Chloe into her small flock, she shared her happiness and relief in hearing this.

I would highly recommend this product, along with management from an avian veterinarian and of course support, from Tobi, as needed. Very well made products. Should fit most normal sized chickens, but too large for bantams.

We were adopted by Kitten who showed up under our shed 4 1/2 years ago in December.
I purchased her first Kitty Holster that spring and we've been walking happily together ever since.
There are many things that might like to bite us where we live, Eagles, Hawks, Coyotes, Bobcats and most importantly Rattlesnakes and the Kitty Holster has enabled us to move about with relative safety. In fact it has saved us a couple of times from a rattlesnake hiding under the brush.
It's a great product, strong, comfortable and beautifully made.
It was easy to train Kitten because it is so comfortable and I look forward to her wearing the new mesh holster that we just ordered.

I bought the duck/chicken diaper with removable liner. We love it so much and it allows us to take care of our only duck rescue, Disco. She's a year old now and living a good duck life. Thank you so much!

Fits well!

Our cat (10 month old male) was confused until he realized putting it on meant getting to go outside. Now it's his favorite thing. Very secure & works well with the holster leash. The sizing was spot on, too.

I wish I left a glowing review sooner for this wonderful kitty harness. Our beloved cat has been happily using a Crazy K Farm harness since she was 7 months old. This year she will turn 10. The two XS harnesses I originally bought are still like new after 9 years of use. I just bought a S/M to accommodate a little extra girth. It's the same stellar quality as the originals. Those harnesses have allowed our precious cat to enjoy being a living, breathing feline. She can go outside and see the world safely and has spent hours in her harnesses.
