Refund/Return/Exchange Policy
All stock non-customized Crazy K Farm products can be returned within 30 days of receipt. After the first 10 days, you still have 30 days from your delivery date to return for store credit. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Return Instructions
To initiate your return/exchange, contact us at support@crazykfarm.com. Once we receive your request, we will email you a pre-paid return label. Pre-paid return shipping is NOT available for international or wholesale orders.
Please include the packing slip with your return. The packing slip is included in the bag with your purchase and has all of your information and your order number on it. Please pack your item neatly and in paper of some kind to protect the item.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must have been purchased directly from our online store and be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that your refund/exchange will be processed, and, if applicable, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 to 5 business days. If for any reason your return item is not in original condition, you will be notified by email and no refund or exchange will be processed.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@crazykfarm.com.
