Refund/Return/Exchange Policy


All stock non-customized Crazy K Farm products can be returned within 30 days of receipt. After the first 10 days, you still have 30 days from your delivery date to return for store credit. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

 

If you purchased Re:Do free unlimited returns/exchanges for $1.98 we will cover the cost of your return shipping label.

Didn’t checkout with Re:Do you can still return the item but you will need to purchase a label through them with discounted shipping rates saving you time and money!

Return Instructions

You must complete the return form found in our Returns Portal before mailing back your items. To initiate your return/exchange, click here. Once we receive your request, we will email you a pre-paid return label. Pre-paid return shipping is NOT available for international or wholesale orders.

Please include the packing slip with your return. The packing slip is included in the bag with your purchase and has all of your information and your order number on it. Please pack your item neatly and in paper of some kind to protect the item.


To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must have been purchased directly from our online store and be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that your refund/exchange will be processed, and, if applicable, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 to 5 business days. If for any reason your return item is not in original condition, you will be notified by email and no refund or exchange will be processed.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@crazykfarm.com.


 

Shipping Policy 

 

Shipment processing time

Crazy K Farm processes all in-stock orders within 1 business day of receipt. Custom products require a production time that is normally 7 to 10 business days and will be processed within 1 business day once completed. Expedited or Overnight orders must be received prior to 12:00PM EST in order to be shipped same day. 

 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Crazy K Farm Pet and Poultry Products LLC​ is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages

Crazy K Farm Pet and Poultry Products LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
